Delivery

Symonds Industrial Engines (VIC) Pty Ltd endeavours to dispatch your order as soon as possible, however this may take up to 2 business days.  

You will be able to trace your order with a tracking number that will be e-mailed to you once the order has been dispatched.

Our freight suppliers will deliver to a business or residential address, to a ground floor only.

Deliveries will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.  Deliveries are not available after business hours, weekends or public holidays.

Please be home on the day your order is due to be delivered. If you are not at the delivery address on the day due for delivery, you will be notified that a delivery has been attempted, and you will have the choice to pick up from the freight depot, or a re-delivery can be arranged for an extra cost. Symonds Industrial Engines (VIC) Pty Ltd is not liable for any cost relating to re-delivery as a result of the recipient not being at the delivery address on the delivery due date.

Our freight suppliers do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
